Fundraising

All families enjoy family portraits, and most families look to do so annually.  Of course, they want quality portraits.  Nancy Jo Photography, our sister company specializes in professional portraits of families and children.  We are fortunate that through Ivy League we can offer families professional portraits and a fundraising opportunity at the same time. Nancy Jo takes all pictures and we offer pricing that it well below what you pay for a studio experience with her, plus you can make money for your organization at the same time!  
 

Our fundraising program is easy and simple, and offers a great opportunity to raise funding.  How does it work, you may be asking?  First, you assign a contact person at your organization to work with us on your fundraiser.  This person and I will find a date or dates for your Family Portrait Fundraiser.  Once dated, we will provide email and hand-out materials for distribution to all members of your organization.  People interested in participating will sign up online for a date and time.  A few days prior to your event, our staff will call each participant to remind them of their appointment time.  

  1. Then, on the date of your event, we will bring all studio equipment to your location and set up.  Our professional photographer(s) and their assistant will come to you!  Once the event is over, we will deliver proofs and order forms to the contact person at your organization to distribute to the participants.  Generally, we allow two weeks for participants to return their order form and payment to the organization's contact person.  We will then allow two to three weeks for order processing, and deliver the portrait orders back to your contact person.  If you prefer we mail directly to the participants, we are happy to do so, but will apply an additional shipping charge to the participants.

   2. Then, on the date of your event, we will bring all studio equipment to your location and set up.  Our   

        professional photographer(s) and their assistant will come to you!  The appointments are set in 10 minute

        intervals and once pictures are taken family will move to another room for viewing and purchase.  We will then

        allow two weeks for order processing, and deliver the portrait orders back to your contact person.  If you

        prefer we mail directly to the participants, we are happy to do so, but will apply an additional shipping charge

        to the participants.
 

 In addition, when we deliver your portrait orders, we will deliver a check to your organization totaling 30% of total gross sales!It's that easy!!!!

Many organizations will ask how much monies they should expect with a Family Portrait Fundraiser.  Our average sale per participant is $100.  We ask for a minimum of at least 30 participants.  That is an approximate total of $3000 in gross sales, of which $900 would be donated back to your organization.  Of course, the more participants you can enroll, the more profitable it will be.  There is NO financial risk to you!  You pay nothing to book or host the event.
